Job Title: Calibration Technician II

Lantheus Medical Imaging Inc is a leading company in the field of medical imaging, with a strong presence in Bedford, Massachusetts, and offices in Canada and Sweden. We are seeking a skilled Calibration Technician II to join our Metrology department.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to perform calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of laboratory, manufacturing, and radiation monitoring equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics and mechanics, with formal Metrology training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine and non-routine calibrations of assigned equipment, following SOPs and cGxP guidelines.
  • Accurately follow oral and written procedures in calibrating complex equipment and performing test procedures.
  • Work with various types of Metrology test and support equipment.
  • Enter accurate calibration data using calibration software.
  • Test, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and electromechanical components and systems.
  • Represent the Metrology Organization and maintain records, laboratory, and calibration equipment.
Requirements
  • High School diploma with a concentration in electronics or mechanics and formal Metrology training.
  • 2+ years' experience in the calibration field, with prior troubleshooting experience.
  • Knowledge of temperature, pressure, flow, and other calibration principles.
  • Understanding of GMPs in the pharmaceutical industry.
