Job Title: Fleet Maintenance Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at US Foods, Inc.

Job Summary:

The Fleet Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the maintenance and repair of our fleet vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and meet regulatory standards.

Main Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with diesel equipmentPerform routine maintenance tasks to prevent breakdownsCoordinate with drivers to ensure timely vehicle turnoverManage inventory and supplies for maintenance operationsCollaborate with other departments to resolve logistical issues

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

3+ years of experience in heavy-duty truck maintenance or repairExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsA strong understanding of regulatory requirements for fleet maintenanceAbility to work independently and as part of a team

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $32-$42 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.
