Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach and Manage Drivers: Provide guidance and support to drivers to ensure they are operating safely and efficiently.
  • Load Planning and Execution: Coordinate with Load Planning personnel to obtain loads that meet driver and customer needs.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including on-time delivery percentages, out-of-service percentages, and revenue per truck per week.
  • Communication: Interact with contractors, Warren employees, and vendors via face-to-face, phone, email, or instant messaging communication.
Requirements:
  • Education: Four-year college degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent work experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, verbal and written; strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills; ability to negotiate; motivated to achieve both company and personal goals.
  • Experience: Proven experience in fleet management, transportation logistics, or a related field.
