Key Responsibilities:
  • Minimum one year of experience in a similar role
  • Assist service staff, bartenders, and management in delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Availability for evening shifts and varied schedules
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Possession of a valid Responsible Beverage Serving (RBS) Card
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of lifting 25+ pounds
Role Summary: The Busser/Back Server must possess strong interpersonal skills, be highly motivated, and thrive in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities include assisting servers and bartenders with bar preparation, delivering food, refilling beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and restocking supplies. Candidates should have sufficient knowledge of food, wine, and liquor to contribute effectively from day one.
