About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Lane Server to join our team at Bowlero Corporation. As a Lane Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a fun and safe experience for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Learn and relay our menu, promotions, and specials to guests
  • Check back with guests regularly to ensure their needs are met
  • Assist guests with questions, requests, and issue resolution
  • Help maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area
  • Recommend and upsell the center experience
Requirements
  • High School Diploma (optional)
  • 2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to providing great guest service
  • Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol
