Overview:

Bowlero Corporation is seeking a skilled Lane Server to join our team of over 12,000 associates. As a Lane Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking food and beverage orders, and ensuring a fun and safe experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders
  • Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests
  • Check back with guests routinely
  • Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution
  • Help keep the center clean
  • Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area
  • Recommend/upsell the center experience

Requirements:

  • HS Diploma (Optional)
  • 2 Years of restaurant/hospitality experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to great guest service
  • Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol

Work Environment/Physical Demands:

  • Typical entertainment center environment where you will walk, bend and stand for periods of time, and may lift objects with some assistance.

The approximate pay range for this position is $16.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
