About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and personable individual to join our Welcome Center team at the Tri Community Branch YMCA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all who visit our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage the front desk, handling membership sales, renewals, and cancellations, as well as processing payments and answering phone calls.
  • Assist with membership promotions and events, helping to drive engagement and retention.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to YMCA standards and policies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • A positive and welcoming attitude, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and YMCA software systems.
