Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in mechanical design engineering, with 5-10+ years in a leadership role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Hands-on and unafraid to dive in to problem solving in many different environments
  • Solid knowledge of manufacturing and engineering fundamentals
  • CAD proficiency, with meaningful professional experience in Solidworks
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of ERPs (SyteLine is preferred) as well as PLM or PDM Systems
  • Basic knowledge of electrical controls, operation, and circuit design
  • Familiarity with conveyors and material handling systems
