About the Position:

The Classroom Teacher is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive curriculum that meets the needs of children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. This includes creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment that promotes learning and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain a safe and engaging classroom environment
  • Implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that reflects the needs and abilities of the children
  • Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities
  • Plan and coordinate daily routines, including diapering, toileting, and mealtime
  • Collaborate with other staff members to promote teamwork and maintain a positive work environment

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Childcare Teacher
  • Patience, flexibility, and a love for children
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Basic care and caregiving activities
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education
