About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead our HVAC and plumbing system design projects for various building types. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of building design through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage HVAC and plumbing system design projects from conceptual design to construction administration.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to develop sustainable and innovative HVAC and plumbing system solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams to ensure successful execution of mechanical engineering tasks.
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers and drafters to foster their growth and professional development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of experience as a Professional Mechanical Engineer with a focus on HVAC and plumbing system design for buildings.
  • Current registration as a Mechanical Engineer in the State of California or ability to obtain registration within 6 months of employment.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage project teams and resources.
