\We are seeking a highly motivated Industrial Support Associate to join our team at Red Wing Shoes. As an Industrial Support Associate, you will be responsible for promoting our high-quality Red Wing brand image through professional selling, building loyalty, and long-lasting relationships with customers.
\About the Role:

- Guide each customer through our Ultimate Fit Experience, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.\
- Sell premium products and provide excellent customer service, focusing on building long-term relationships and driving sales growth.\
- Generate industrial sales leads, achieve daily productivity goals, and maintain store presentation standards.\
- Maintain proficiency with product knowledge, technical, and operating standards through continuous learning and development.\
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and legal regulations.\
- Participate in restoring footwear exchanges from truck visits and store for resale.\
- Assist Mobile Sales Representatives on truck runs, fittings, and onsite service.\
- Prepare, load, and unload stock for mobile units and warehouses.\
- Perform other duties as required, including maintaining quality service standards and upholding company values.\
- Build collaborative relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders.\\/ul>\
What You'll Need:

- A High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.\
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in retail or sales.\
- Results-oriented individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills.\
- Valid driver's license required.\\/ul>\
Benefits and Compensation:
