Overview:

The Family Health Center is seeking a skilled Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a vital member of our organization, you will play a key role in providing high-quality primary and behavioral health services to our patients.

About the Role:

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated and compassionate individual to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients. You will be responsible for delivering a broad range of general diagnostic and therapeutic primary and/or behavioral health services to clients of all ages, including adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients.

Essential Functions:

  • SUPPORTS AND ADHERES TO THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION, VISION, AND VALUES.

  • EXAMINES, DIAGNOSES, AND TREATS PATIENTS WITHIN THE NURSE PRACTITIONER'S COMPETENCIES.

  • OFFERS SUPERVISION AND CONSULTATION TO OTHER STAFF MEMBERS, INCLUDING REGULAR STAFFING OF EVALUATIONS PERFORMED BY CLINICAL STAFF OF THE FAMILY HEALTH CENTER.

  • Maintains medical staff privileges and demonstrates professional growth through continuing education.

  • Attends and participates in department meetings, medical staff committees, quality improvement committees, and supervision with the FHC Medical Director.

Salary Information:

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
