At Yugo, we're on a mission to provide exceptional student housing experiences. We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Student Housing Manager to join our team in Fort Wayne.

As a Student Housing Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our student spaces, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for our students.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional results, has a strong background in facilities management, and is able to build and maintain strong relationships with our students, staff, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our student spaces, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our students, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall student experience, including enhancing amenities and services.
  • Collaborate with our facilities team to ensure that our spaces are safe, secure, and well-maintained.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our students, staff, and stakeholders, including university administrators and local community leaders.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a student housing or hospitality setting.
  • Strong background in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with students, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
