We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at Republic National Distributing Company Jacksonville. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely receipt of goods, consolidation of warehoused goods, and replenishment of pick locations.
Key Responsibilities- Receiving and Staging: Safely and properly unload trailers of product, verify loads for accuracy, and stage for put away.
- Picking and Packing: Pick and pack orders using label picking, ring scanners, voice-directed picking, or paper pick tickets.
- Inventory Management: Meet individual productivity and accuracy standards as identified through Labor Management (LM) metrics.
- Material Handling: Safely operate material handling equipment (MHE) to include forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, reach trucks, slip sheet attachment, and/or clamper truck or attachment.
- Warehouse Management: Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) scan guns and tools for maintaining proper inventory levels and proper location of goods in the warehouse.
- Physical Inventories and Cycle Counting: Assist in physical inventories and cycle counting as directed.
- Interpersonal Communication: Interact with associates during the hand-off from shift to shift, frequently interacting with delivery personnel and the early morning receiving crew.
We require a high school diploma or general education degree (GED), preferably one year of warehouse experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. You must be able to obtain certification and safely operate material handling equipment (MHE). The employee must regularly lift up to 50 pounds and will occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.

Other benefits include company-paid benefits such as life insurance, short-term disability, and company-paid holidays. We also offer a paid time off (PTO) program to provide associates with scheduled or unscheduled paid time off from work.
