Job Opportunity at Strings Sports Brewery

We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team at Strings Sports Brewery in Jacksonville Beach. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests, while also assisting in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for handling transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that food orders are delivered promptly and accurately.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating the cash register and handling cash and card transactions accurately.
  • Greeting and engaging customers with a positive attitude.
  • Answering customer inquiries and assisting with menu information.
  • Handling customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the cashier area.
  • Delivering food and beverages to tables efficiently and accurately.
  • Ensuring orders are complete and meet the restaurant's quality standards.
  • Assisting with setting up and clearing tables as needed.
  • Communicating effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.

For the Cook position, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals according to the restaurant's menu and standards. This includes ensuring that all dishes are presented attractively and are of high quality.

As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. This includes operating dishwashing machines, hand-washing items that are not suitable for machine washing, and ensuring that dishes are dried and stored properly.
