Job Summary

We are seeking a General Manager to lead our team of sales associates and managers in multiple locations. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering a customer-focused culture, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct the Leader on Duty program in multiple locations
  • Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our product styles, features, and benefits
  • Execute Company direction on merchandising and operations; manage payroll and budgets
  • Understand and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and identify behaviors to drive results
Requirements
  • Proficient computer and technology skills (Outlook, Excel, Web navigation, etc.)
  • Minimum of 5 years of retail or related management experience leading direct reports
  • Provide availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled, with a minimum of two closing shifts a week
