Job Overview

Position Summary

As a Logistics Associate, you will play a vital role in overseeing the operations at the Warehouse dock and managing driver check-ins. Your responsibilities will encompass verifying orders and loads, monitoring the status of warehouse doors, assigning appropriate doors to incoming vehicles, and maintaining communication with drivers. Additionally, you will be tasked with generating Bills of Lading (BOLs) and packing slips, collaborating with Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), and handling various administrative duties as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all stakeholders
  • Efficiently manage driver check-ins and ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain accurate records and track essential documents such as inbounds, BOLs, packing slips, schedules, and orders
  • Perform data entry tasks as necessary
  • Engage in daily communication through phone and email with internal teams
  • Prioritize and manage multiple client requests effectively
  • Gather and assess relevant information to address inquiries and resolve issues
  • Respond promptly and courteously to client needs
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
