Member Services Representative

At Taymax Group, we're committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for our members. As a Member Services Representative, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive experience for our guests and members alike.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring a superior level of service at all times.
  • Manage front desk activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, and assisting with tours and membership sign-ups.
  • Facilitate updates to member accounts and respond to questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club, including completing daily tasks and assisting with special cleaning projects as needed.
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
  • Customer service background preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Punctuality and reliability are a must.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A positive, upbeat attitude and a passion for fitness and health.
Physical Demands:
  • Continual standing and walking during shift.
  • Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
