Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team as a Pharmacy Call Center Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls to customers and doctors, confirming prescriptions, and answering questions about prescriptions. You will also be responsible for entering prescriptions into our database and working on a scripted outbound dialer.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound phone calls to customers and doctors
Confirm prescriptions and answer questions about prescriptions
Enter prescriptions into our database
Work on a scripted outbound dialer

Requirements:

1-2 years of Pharmacy Technician experience
State of TN Pharmacy Technician license
