Job Description

BBSI is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Analyst to join our team. As a Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for providing expert payroll services to our clients, including payroll processing, garnishment, and compliance with federal and state regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide recommendations on integrated systems solutions for client's payroll, including proficiency in Bridge Master and Time & Attendance systems.
  • Identify systems options to achieve better results for clients and branches.
  • Become an expert in BBSI Payroll Systems, CRM, and Time & Attendance systems.
  • Perform myBBSI web training and interface with client stakeholders on payroll workflow processes.
  • Responsible for full understanding of BBSI's Billing, Citrix pricing, and client data.
  • Perform voids, payroll adjustments, stop checks, check verifications, garnishments, W-2 and W-2c administration.
  • Data entry and file maintenance.
  • Other duties, projects, and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of garnishment and payroll experience in a fast-paced, multi-state, demanding environment.
  • Customer service experience and conflict management skills required.
  • Systems orientated including proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Knowledge of wage and hour laws, garnishment laws, and taxability of wages.
  • Solid understanding of the payroll lifecycle, amendments, and payroll deductions.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Bachelor's degree required; CPP or FPC designation a plus.
