Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in Program Cost Controls. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership and support to the execution and growth of our programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply financial and analytical skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide strategic business advice to business leaders and functions within the organization.
  • Support startup and execution of various contracts utilizing Raytheon financial systems.
  • Develop and communicate key financial metrics through quarterly estimate at complete (EAC), program management reviews, and project financial deliverables.
  • Support estimating and pricing activities within our programs.
  • Provide timely and accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and forecasting to leadership.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 2+ years of related work experience.
  • Proficient computer software skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Ability to work independently, as a team member, and with all levels of management.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Experience with Financial Systems - SAP/APEX, PRISM, Power BI.
  • Ability to be proactive, creative, innovative, and use critical and strategic thinking.
