Job Title: Patient Experience Coordinator

Your Responsibilities:
  • Reporting to the Manager and performing daily front office tasks and duties to create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients.
Key Tasks:
  • Providing superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
  • Scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection.
  • Balancing nightly deposits and credit card processing.
  • Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
  • High regard for time management.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
About Us:

We are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists and offer business support services from Aspen Dental Management, Inc., a dental support organization.

Estimated Salary:

$45,000 - $55,000 per year.
