Job Overview

Are you dedicated to serving the Medicare demographic and seeking a sales role that allows you to influence your earnings directly? RevOne Companies may be the ideal opportunity for you. We are in search of licensed, driven professionals to fill the position of Licensed Agent – Primary Field Agent.

Role Responsibilities

As a Licensed Agent, you will operate at various locations, including hospitals and physician offices, as well as engage with potential clients in the community. Your role will require you to achieve 'Ready to Sell' status for a range of Medicare products, including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Prescription Drug Plans, and Special Needs plans, in addition to ACA Marketplace plans from leading carriers. You will gain expertise in all available products and focus on assisting clients in selecting the most suitable and cost-effective plans.

Key Duties
  • Assess clients' specific needs and financial circumstances.
  • Conduct outbound follow-up calls and manage incoming inquiries.
  • Travel within designated areas to meet clients.
  • Establish connections with peers at healthcare facilities.
  • Identify influential contacts in your market to foster business growth and referrals.
  • Become an expert in Medicare and Marketplace offerings to address client inquiries effectively.
  • Complete necessary forms, applications, and compliance documentation.
  • Thoroughly review plans and products available in clients' service areas.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on submitted applications.
  • Demonstrate quick learning and proficiency in navigating multiple systems.
  • Maintain accurate records and files.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Create basic Excel documents as needed.
  • Track assigned leads and adhere to processes for conversion.
  • Maintain databases effectively.
  • Collaborate as a team player.
Qualifications
  • Valid Health Kentucky Insurance License.
  • Completion of required continuing education for licenses and annual Medicare and Marketplace certification.
  • Experience presenting to groups.
  • Knowledge of ACA and marketplace regulations.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and Medicare Marketing Guidelines.
  • Understanding of Medicare products and their respective qualifications.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Strong mathematical reasoning and computational abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to complete online forms accurately.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Capability to perform repetitive tasks with precision.
Work Environment

This role requires flexibility to work late hours and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication is essential to provide clients with appropriate coverage recommendations.

Collaboration

The incumbent will work closely with other agents, enrollment coordinators, and client contacts, maintaining constant communication with Broker Services and Medicare representatives.
