Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with drivers and clients to ensure timely and safe service delivery.
  • Monitor and report sign-in/sign-out times, route performance, and service issues to the Dispatch Supervisors or Dispatch Managers.
  • Assign trips to drivers to optimize route efficiency and ensure adequate disbursement of trips.
  • Participate in analysis and review of operating performance to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of previous Dispatcher experience preferred.
  • 2 years of Customer Service experience is preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with RouteMatch software.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain composure under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate a high customer service commitment.
  • Able to demonstrate professional phone manner.
  • Knowledge of the service area is a plus.
  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
