  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, resolve customer issues, and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 6-12 months of retail experience, preferably in a cashier or stocking role.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, basic math skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Working Conditions

This role requires working in a retail store environment, with exposure to outside weather conditions and moderate noise levels. The ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, is required.
