Job Description

At Contract Leasing Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Administration Manager to oversee the management of our fleet assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage fleet assets and contracts to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Process capitalized repair invoices, receive titles for purchased equipment, and maintain fleet registrations.
  • Generate lease contracts, update contract logs, and monitor lease fulfillment.
  • Project manage as needed and maintain a quiet and productive office work environment.
  • Strive to improve processes for efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent, college degree a plus.
  • Three to five years supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, well organized, and self-directed.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment:

Frequently required to sit and use hands/fingers to handle, feel, and manipulate keys on a keyboard. Occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with arms and hands.

The vision abilities required by this job include close vision.

Typical office work environment, which is usually quiet.
