Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Genuine Cable Group. As a key member of our Customer Service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter customer sales orders and ensure accurate and timely processing
  • Expedite customer sales orders with Production Control to meet customer needs
  • Acknowledge and update customer sales orders in Oracle Order Management on a daily basis
  • Compare Sales Order-Open Order Report with Production Schedule to identify potential issues
  • Provide telephone support and assistance to Customer Service Representatives as needed
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and service
  • Meet all corporate training requirements and maintain compliance with ISO-9001 quality standards

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience with MS-Office (MS-EXCEL, MS Word) and Windows-95
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in a manufacturing customer service environment is a plus
