Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Field EMT to join our team at Mass General Brigham. As a Field EMT, you will be responsible for assessing and stabilizing patients, responding to emergent and non-emergent calls, and providing primary patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and stabilize patients utilizing Basic Life Support (BLS) skills
  • Respond to emergent and non-emergent calls as directed by the Communications Center
  • Provide safe, time-bound transportation to the appropriate hospital or facility
  • Communicate with licensed and ancillary medical professionals in oral and written format
  • Establish positive relationships with patients and their families
Requirements
  • High School Graduate or GED equivalent
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Minimum of 1 year experience at current certification level
  • MA EMT Certification
  • Healthcare Provider CPR certification
  • Valid driver's license with no current moving violations
