Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Promote and sell the Massage Envy Wellness Program to clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our services.
  • Book clients for future services and discuss additional enhancements and add-on services based on client needs.
  • Encourage homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations and client needs.
  • Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions.
  • Help grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the facility.
What We Offer
  • Initial training base pay of $13 per hour, plus bonus and commissions each pay period.

Requirements
  • Previous sales experience of one year minimum.
  • Previous experience working in a spa or service industry preferred.
  • Previous experience with Meevo preferred.

  • Understanding of healthcare privacy and decorum.
  • Proactive and takes initiative in their sales role.
  • Critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills.
  • Great people skills and ability to establish positive relationships with guests and members.
  • Ability to engage in conversation with everyone they meet.
  • Confidence in selling memberships and services to our clientele.
  • Goal-oriented and strives to meet personal sales goals.
  • Ability to stand most of the day and be comfortable in a busy environment.
