Job Title: Home Health Registered Nurse RN Part Time

At Aveanna, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Home Health Registered Nurse RN Part Time. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. This is a part-time position, requiring a flexible schedule to meet the needs of our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, infusions, catheter care, and PICC line dressing changes.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
  • Active RN license in the state of application.
  • Valid CPR certification.
  • Medicare Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
  • Basic understanding of Oasis.
