Job Description

We're looking for a skilled and compassionate RN to join our team in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. As a Home Health RN Traveler, you'll provide medical care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. This is a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Completes nursing assessments of patients and documents appropriately into patient records
  • Communicates and collaborates with physicians and other healthcare team members
  • Provides and coordinates patient care with other healthcare team members
  • Monitors patients' responses to interventions and reports outcomes
  • Administers medications as ordered with appropriate documentation

Qualifications/Requirements

  • One year's experience as a RN, at least 6 months recent Home Health experience required
  • Current RN License
  • Current BLS Certification
  • Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license
  • Must have valid auto insurance

Physical Abilities

  • Remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment lbs), pushing, pulling, bending
