Job SummaryWe are looking for a compassionate and experienced Home Health RN to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of patients' homes. As a travel nurse with Fusion Medical Staffing-Home Health, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients, develop your clinical skills, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough nursing assessments of patients and document findings in patient records
- Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care
- Provide and coordinate patient care with other healthcare team members, including medication administration and monitoring
- Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes to healthcare team members
- Administer medications as ordered and document appropriately
- Provide medical care in the privacy of patients' homes, requiring driving to multiple patients' homes daily
- Share on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required
- Perform other duties as assigned by healthcare team members
- One year of experience as a Registered Nurse, with at least six months of recent Home Health experience
- Current RN License
- Current BLS Certification
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license
- Valid auto insurance
- Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position
