About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced front office professional to join our team as a Service Excellence Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of all front office operations, including guest service and registration, room inventory and availability, and departmental initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of front office operations, including guest service and registration, room inventory and availability, and departmental initiatives.
  • Monitor and develop team member performance, providing supervision, counseling, and evaluations.
  • Recruit, interview, and train team members in Hilton University.
  • Ensure team members have current knowledge of hotel products, services, facilities, events, pricing, and policies.
  • Oversee the VIP guest process, reviewing VIP reservations and ensuring smooth check-in/check-out.
  • Compile and process departmental uniform and supply orders, following company guidelines for purchase orders and invoices.
Requirements
  • Two years front office management experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $$$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
