Position Overview


The Class Action Paralegal will be instrumental in aiding attorneys with the preparation, filing, and management of legal documents for intricate class action litigation cases.

Responsibilities will also encompass conducting legal research, liaising with expert witnesses, and engaging with various parties involved in the cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and filing of court documents
  • Perform legal research and factual investigations
  • Organize case files and oversee the discovery process

  • Coordinate large-scale class action lawsuits

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Paralegal, ideally in class action litigation
  • Proficient in Plaintiff, Litigation, Personal Injury, and Employment law
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or Paralegal Studies preferred
  • Paralegal certification from an ABA-approved institution is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
