We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Financial Officer to join our team at Element Care. As a strategic partner to the CEO and Executive Leadership team, the CFO will play a critical role in ensuring the financial stability and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to achieve organizational goals
  • Lead a department of 32 staff in the functional areas of Accounting & Reporting, Claims Processing & Analytics, Contracting & Legal/Compliance, Facilities and Plan Eligibility
  • Provide financial guidance and support to the Executive Leadership team
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws
  • Manage and analyze financial data to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting required; Master's degree preferred
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred but not mandatory
  • Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated executive leadership experience in healthcare finance preferably within the non-profit sector
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements
  • Financial acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to successfully manage teams
  • Knowledge and experience with healthcare on both the provider and payer side preferred
  • PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) experience is a significant advantage
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems
