Job Description

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing overall service necessary for the installation, maintenance, operation, and quality control of dispenser equipment. This includes monitoring equipment to ensure it is operating as expected, performing routine maintenance, and troubleshooting and identifying the cause of operating errors.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience
  • Minimum High School diploma or GED or work experience equivalent
  • Electrical, plumbing, and mechanical aptitude required - experience with AC, DC, and pneumatically operated equipment preferred
  • Good computer and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and with little supervision
  • Occasional overnight travel required
  • Certification in forklift, Manlift with articulating boom, scissor lift, and working at heights preferred
  • Must be able to wear fall protection gear for 2 hours at a time
  • Physical abilities to include routinely carrying heavy loads (not to exceed 75lbs/34kgs) when installing equipment
  • Ability to drive extended periods of time and stay out of town until job is completed
