About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Data Analyst to join our team at W. L. Gore & Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing procurement spend data, developing and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs), and performing ad hoc data analysis to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Procurement KPI Dashboard: Develop and maintain a comprehensive KPI dashboard to track procurement performance metrics.
  • Perform Procurement Financial and Spend Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of procurement spend data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Drive Market Intelligence Initiatives: Develop and implement market intelligence initiatives to capture, analyze, and report on market trends and competitor activity.
  • Manage Procurement Data Infrastructure: Design, implement, and maintain procurement data infrastructure to support data management and analytics.
  • Support Ad-Hoc Procurement Category Needs: Provide data-driven insights and support to procurement categories as needed.
  • Provide Data for Compliance Audits: Ensure data accuracy and availability to support compliance audits and certifications.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Supply chain management, engineering, computer science, or business.
  • Minimum 3 Years' Experience: Data-oriented supply chain role.
  • Proficiency in Data Query and Analysis Tools: Databasing skills, PowerBI, advanced Excel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook.
  • Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and develop insights.
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management and Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
  • Ability to Travel: Up to 5%.
