We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Environmental Services Technician to join our team. If you are committed to social justice, health equity, and prepared to deliver care in new and innovative ways, you belong with us.
Responsibilities- Perform routine cleaning and decluttering tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
- Sanitize areas of the hospital using approved tools and routines, including patient rooms, emergency rooms, and operating rooms.
- Restock supplies as needed in supply areas, common areas, and patient rooms.
- Properly dispose of medical waste, including biological or biohazard waste.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions with patients, visitors, and staff.
- Preferred: Six months related experience and a high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a $1000 sign-on bonus and a $1000 referral bonus. Additionally, we offer an Education Benefit program for benefit-eligible employees after 180 days, providing debt relief and student loan assistance.
