Client Services and Office Operations Specialist

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services and Office Operations Specialist to join our team at The Nagler Group. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients and prospects via telephone, email, or mail to provide support and answer questions.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and prepare for client meetings to ensure a smooth and productive experience.
  • Prepare and process business and account contracts and forms to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Handle client requests for money transfers, financial account transfers, and financial account management to provide timely and efficient support.
  • Perform data entry for spreadsheets, financial tools, and tax preparation tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Run daily investment reports to provide insights and support to our clients.
  • Maintain a professional office environment by performing tasks such as mailing, scanning, and filing office documents, ordering supplies, managing office vendors, and general upkeep.
  • Sort, review, and organize mail (electronic and paper) to ensure timely and efficient processing.
  • Pay bills to ensure timely and accurate payment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be highly detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
