Role Summary:

The Site Manager will report directly to the Operations Manager and collaborate closely with senior management to strategize, plan, and implement the company's vision and objectives. This role involves overseeing all site operations to ensure the highest level of service and providing effective leadership to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and schedule maintenance and repair tasks;
  • Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure compliance;
  • Manage inventory and procure necessary supplies;
  • Align team behaviors with company values;
  • Develop and execute annual site-level business plans;
  • Monitor team development and training initiatives;
  • Maintain strong relationships with team members and mentor leadership;
  • Oversee site budgets and financial responsibilities;
  • Ensure adherence to operational policies and regulatory standards;
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using CMMS;
  • Build and sustain strong customer relationships;
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers;
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly;
  • Complete reports and documentation as required;
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years in facility management;
  • At least 5 years in a supervisory capacity;
  • Experience in industrial settings is advantageous;
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Valid Driver's License;
  • Ability to commute to the site;
  • Proficient in data entry and relevant software;
  • Customer-oriented mindset with relationship-building skills;
  • Attention to detail and effective task prioritization.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm;
  • Weekends as necessary;
  • Flexible availability is required.
