Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Arby's. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the Restaurant General Manager's absence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, and financial accountability.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory levels, and other operational expenses to maximize profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant General Manager to achieve business objectives and drive restaurant performance.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably with Arby's or a similar quick-service restaurant chain.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business results.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
