Key Responsibilities:- Lead the execution of Direct Store Delivery Excellence (DSDE) best practices to achieve sales objectives and grow the overall business.
- Establish store-level growth plans that connect to Zone objectives for revenue, freshness, and realization, while building customer relationships that align with planned store-level growth goals.
- Execute on all growth opportunities to grow market share on strategic brands through the execution of DSDE best practices.
- Utilize sales data tools to drive effective decisions with frontline salespeople and drive brand growth with customers through the acquisition of new space and displays.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred - High School diploma required.
- 3-5 years of related experience in customer relations or sales.
- At least 6 months experience leading and influencing others.
- Computer skills and proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word required.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
- Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical card.
