Insight Global is looking for a meticulous and skilled Financial Accountant to become part of our esteemed Property Management client.
The ideal candidate will oversee financial documentation, generate and interpret financial reports, and guarantee adherence to accounting standards.
Key responsibilities will include:
Overseeing financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and forecasting
Employing Yardi and Rent Manager accounting platforms to ensure precise and current financial records
Producing financial statements and reports for management assessment
Collaborating with both internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with financial regulations
Assisting in process enhancements and system upgrades to improve financial workflows
Estimated Pay Range:
$25-$28/HR

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline
At least 2 years of accounting experience, ideally in the real estate or property management sector
Proficiency in utilizing Yardi and Rent Manager accounting systems
Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Skills & Experience
CPA
Benefit packages for this role will commence on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
