Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to assess project requirements and develop innovative design solutions.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare detailed plans, specifications, and cost estimates for various site improvements, including:
    • Conducting drainage and traffic impact analyses.
    • Designing site layouts, grading, and stormwater management systems.
    • Developing plans for utilities and site amenities.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and codes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support project goals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional engineering license in Alaska or Washington, or the ability to obtain it within six months of hire.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to mentor junior staff and contribute to their professional growth.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to travel to various project sites as needed.
  • Capability to navigate job sites and construction areas.
