Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering, with experience in project management, construction management, and infrastructure development. You will be responsible for leading teams of engineers and technicians to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage engineering teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and other teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide technical guidance.
  • Prepare and review technical reports, proposals, and other documentation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Accredited four-year degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Three plus years of experience in engineering or construction management.
  • Experience managing and overseeing horizontal and vertical construction projects, preferably for the federal government.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of the company.
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience at DOD or federal facility is highly desirable.
  • Five years related experience.
Working Environment:

The employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
