Clinical Training Specialist

At Darke County Recovery Services, we are committed to providing a comprehensive training experience for students and interns. Our goal is to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in the field of mental health.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in clinical training and supervision
- Develop and maintain confidentiality agreements
- Understand and adhere to agency policies and procedures
- Engage in professional conduct and behavior
- Report any dual relationships or exploitative situations
Requirements:
- Enrollment in a Masters or Bachelors program
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to agency policies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Training Environment:
Students will be provided with adequate opportunity to read and become aware of agency policies, as well as specific information regarding their area of training. Students are expected to understand that training is a secondary activity to providing client care.
Ethical Standards:
Students will be expected to read or review the APA Ethic Standards and/or the ethic standards for their particular field of training.
Agency Evaluation Activities:
The Darke County Recovery Services will provide the training institution with information regarding appraisal of skills of students receiving training at this facility.
