Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

One Medical is seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team as a Primary Care Specialist. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, managing a patient panel, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting patient assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing evidence-based care
- Managing patient panels, including acute, chronic, and well visits
- Collaborating with colleagues, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Participating in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments
Requirements:
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
- Licensed in D.C. by start date
- At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient primary care setting, or 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting with a primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
