About the Role

One Medical is seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team as a Primary Care Specialist. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, managing a patient panel, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting patient assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing evidence-based care
  • Managing patient panels, including acute, chronic, and well visits
  • Collaborating with colleagues, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
  • Participating in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments

Requirements:

  • Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
  • Licensed in D.C. by start date
  • At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient primary care setting, or 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting with a primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
