Job Title: Charge Nurse

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direction and guidance to nursing staff to ensure excellent patient care.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Implement resident care plans in accordance with company and federal guidelines.
  • Document patient information accurately and promptly.
  • Participate in shift reports and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in good standing.
  • Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
