KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conducts patient assessments, formulates care plans, and meticulously documents nursing interventions
  • Adjusts treatment strategies based on patient feedback and physician directives
  • Reviews diagnostic results and communicates findings
  • Collaborates with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and execute patient care strategies
  • Prepares patients for medical evaluations, surgical procedures, and therapeutic interventions
  • Offers emotional support and administers prescribed medications
  • Engages in effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues
  • Facilitates discharge planning and operates essential medical devices
  • Maintains precise records and complies with institutional policies and protocols
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

Education:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing

Licensure and Certification:
Active RN License in Florida, ACLS, BLS

Experience:
At least 2 years of nursing practice

Competencies:
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and nursing methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Capacity to foster relationships and communicate effectively
