About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Administrator to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. As a Regional Administrator, you will be responsible for managing multiple programs in the Lane County area, overseeing program success, supervising Residential Administrators, and maintaining confidentiality of personnel, client, and program information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple programs in the Lane County area
  • Oversee program success and supervise Residential Administrators
  • Maintain confidentiality of personnel, client, and program information
  • Develop and implement program plans, budgets, and evaluations
  • Supervise and train program staff
  • Collaborate with community resources and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration
  • Three years of management experience in a behavioral health setting
  • Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check and maintain a valid Oregon driver's license
  • Ability to frequently sit, talk, listen, and use hands and fingers, and occasionally walk, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, squat/kneel, and perform other physical tasks as applicable
